Customers can request cancellation of their orders before the product is shipped from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team at +91-7008304043 or send an email to info@poojajewellersbbsr.com with your order details. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for cancelled orders that have not been dispatched or for products that are received damaged, defective, or not as described.
Process: Once the cancellation or refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated using the same payment method that was used during purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please do not discard or tamper with the packaging. Contact our Customer Care team within 72 hours of delivery. Our investigation team will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the case.
Non-Receipt of Refunds: Pooja Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway, banking partner, or incorrect bank details provided by the customer. Please ensure that your payment and contact details are accurate when requesting a refund.
Jewellery Products: Due to the nature of jewellery, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged during shipping.
Return Procedure: Customers must contact our Customer Care team and provide photos of the received product along with the order ID. Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Refunds and cancellations are processed only after verification of the product and order details.
Any requests made after the 72-hour window from the time of delivery will not be entertained.
